Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Thank you for shopping at The Hedgehog Store!

• Shipping is to the lower 48 United States only.
• Shipping fees are based on weight and location and is calculated at checkout.
• Shipping is via USPS, either Priority Mail or Ground/First Class, also dependent upon location and weight.
• All orders are shipped out within in 2-4 business days.
• Once an order ships, an email confirmation is sent with tracking information.

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. Shipping fees are not refunded. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Return shipping fees are not covered or refunded.

Please fill out the form below to request a return or exchange. Once your request is approved you can ship the item back to us. Please get tracking information for your records. We are not responsible for lost shipments. Upon receipt of the item and approval we will contact you with confirmation on the status of the refund/exchange, which will be completed within 3 business days.
